Job Summary
We are seeking a Safety Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver and evaluate occupational health and safety training programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, subject-matter expertise in OSHA and workplace safety standards, and the ability to engage participants across diverse industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct safety training programs (in-person and virtual).
- Deliver OSHA-authorized training courses and specialized safety modules.
- Assess training needs and customize materials for specific industries.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, Cal / OSHA, etc.).
- Support workplace safety audits and provide recommendations.
- Stay updated on evolving safety regulations and best practices.
