Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Plasma Cutting Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in operating plasma cutting machines and a strong work ethic.
As a Plasma Cutting Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating our computerized plasma cutting equipment to cut materials to specific dimensions and tolerances.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and maintain plasma cutting machines, including high-definition water-injected plasma cutters.
- Set up and adjust machine parameters based on project specifications.
- Review and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate cutting.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on plasma cutting equipment.
- Ensure safety protocols and operational procedures are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project requirements are met.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating plasma cutting machines.
- C&G System with a Burny Controller experience is MANDATORY!
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Experience with computerized plasma cutting equipment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
