- Implement and drive continuous planning processes for a 500-person organization
- Update and manage a unified intake process for project and initiative proposals
- Develop and maintain a robust prioritization framework aligned with strategic objectives
- Establish and manage a dependency management process
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

The Ideal Candidate
- 8-10 years of experience in program management with a focus on strategy and planning
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Planner
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing environments
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience with business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and change management
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project, Planner, Loop, PowerBI, and Tableau
