You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of CMO. You will lead challenging programs in building and delivering innovative features that tackle some of the hardest problems in advertising;
measure ads incrementality, provide estimated counterfactual and predict the success of advertising strategies for omni-channel campaign measurement.
Working with a cross-functional team of product managers, business development managers, engineering, and science (ML scientists, research science, economists ), you will build automatic scale software solutions to enable state of the art causal learning, deep learning, and predictive techniques which empower marketers understand the performance of their omni-channel campaigns and optimize their spends.

A day in the life
This Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) position requires a program management background and direct experience developing relevant systems.
You will create and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but will also roll up your sleeves and contribute directly. TPM anticipates bottlenecks, uses great judgment to make trade-offs, and balances the business needs with technical constraints.
You will work closely within close-knit development teams within the Price Perception and Evaluation team, but also partner teams, to identify and prioritize needs, influence up and across the organization, and synthesize a variety of technologies and capabilities to deliver results.
You will tackle complex challenges and break them down into actionable steps, to deliver the most trustworthy and delightful fixed marketing measurement solutions and decision-support solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's / SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
