Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of multiple concurrent SaaS implementation projectsWork cross-functionally with teams to ensure successful deployment and product adoptionDrive each project from initiation to completion while ensuring high customer satisfactionRequired Qualifications8+ years of project / program management experience in SaaS or technology consultingProven track record with at least two full lifecycle implementationsProficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologiesPMP or other project management certification is a bonusExperience with workforce management or human capital management systems is a plus
