About This Role :
Are you an experienced Digital Agency Manager looking to work remotely and grow your skills with a positive team? This role is ideal for someone who loves media buying but is equally passionate about operational efficiency and team success.
We are seeking someone with strong agency management experience who excels at client strategy, efficient operations and client facing leads.
Key Requirements :
- Immediate hiring for Q4 if a good fit long term role
- Experience in Agency Management
- Effective Budget and Team Management
- Experience in Media Buying and Operational Efficiency
- 5-10 years of Social / Meta media-buying experience (More experienced candidates are welcome)
- Eagerness to grow, learn, and put in the work
Responsibilities :
- Build, manage, and scale ad campaigns to meet or exceed campaign KPIs
- Effectively manage budgets and team resources to ensure performance and operational success
- Work closely with the onboarding team to build, maintain, troubleshoot, and scale ad campaigns
- Develop expertise in campaign-building tools, audience creation, conversion tracking, and other tools essential for results
- Spot trends, issues, and opportunities within accounts and provide data-driven recommendations
- Attend regular meetings during US business hours to ensure team coordination and success

Additional Details :
- This is a per-contract position with potential for multiple contracts
- You will provide your own computer and internet access
- 1099 contractor arrangement (US-specific)
- No medical or retirement benefits offered
