Andrew Wright We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Sous Chef in St. Cloud, MN . This individual will hold responsibility for the entire culinary operation, providing top-quality food in a scratch kitchen, for the restaurant, banquets, and special events.

This would be for a full-service upscale casual concept that offers a wide variety of banquets, special events, and private dining.

This position is poised for tremendous growth and offers an excellent stepping stone into an amazing management company that has properties in 9 states and likes to promote from within.

Compensation : $60,000 - $75,000 + 100% paid Health Insurance Premiums!

Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities :

  • Daily operations of a high-volume kitchen
  • Hire, train, supervise, and develop a culinary team
  • Manage food costs, budgets, schedules, and inventory
  • Develop elevated menus for banquets and special events
  • Enforce protocols for safety and sanitation in the kitchen

Executive Sous Chef Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of Sous Chef Experience at a full-service concept
  • High-Volume Culinary Management Experience
  • Ability to manage & oversee a large-scale kitchen
  • Interact directly with guests daily
  • Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques
  • Culinary Degree preferred
