• Proven success in sales, with a focus on closing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and meet the specific needs of clients.
• A results-driven approach with a focus on exceeding targets.
• Experience in the health or coaching industry is a plus.

We manage 9 sales teams in the High Ticket Coaching and Consulting Industry and are growing. Our target is 16+ teams by the end of the year.

With that, comes a lot of churn and a lot of need for Sales reps.

Our core values are being results focused, accountability and fun. And we hold our reps to a high standard of being reliable consistent and focused on their own personal growth.

Our management team has accounted for well over $100M in sales in both direct production and managed revenue.

And the current teams we manage do between $2 and $3M per month collectively.
