Production Line Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION : Production Line Supervisor : The company is an assembly facility for medium voltage reclosers and order fulfillment of medium voltage circuit breakers for U.S. and Canadian customers. We are looking for an experienced supervisor of assembly and shipping activities. Duties include customer order assembly and fulfillment, assisting with inventory control & product flow, vendor inventory management, receiving all incoming products physically and entering in ERP system, disposing or returning non-usable inventory, working with technical and executive directors for continuous improvement of production processes / costs. Requirements : 5 years progressive experience in a production facility. A thorough understanding of production and supply chain processes and methods, ability to meet strict deadlines, ability to prioritize, multitask, work well under pressure and deal with changing circumstances, experience in inventory control and materials handling, strong customer focus, ability to do some heavy lifting.
