Job Title : Project Accountant

Duties / Responsibilities :
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Generate accurate financial reports and analyses to provide insights to project stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to forecast financial needs and optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor cash flow and invoicing processes to maintain financial stability throughout projects.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost-saving measures.
- Assist with quarterly / yearly financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements in all project financial activities.
Qualifications :
- Experience with job cost accounting in construction.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent degree.
- Be able to meet important deadlines such as monthly / quarterly / annual reports.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation / Benefits - Up to $100k
Benefits include health, vision, dental, PTO, and 401k.
