In the scope of this international development, Fusalp is looking for a Assistant Store Manager who is enthusiastic about fashion and ski, to work in our store in Elmont, NY.
JOB DESCRIPTION & MISSIONS
- Welcome and advise our local and international customers.
- Merchandising of our collections according to the brand’s standards.
- Support the Store Manager in assuring that sales targets and KPIs are reached.
- Build customer loyalty through clientelling.
- Support the Store Manager in scheduling the store’s employee(s)
- Support the Store Manager during companywide & local marketing campaigns.
- Supervise and participate in all operational tasks of the store (reception of goods, labelling, inventories, after-sales management, )
DESIRED PROFILE
Passionate about skiing, fashion, and luxury goods, you have a strong team spirit and would be a key element in driving both the team and sales.
You have at least 2 years of experience in a high-end / luxury environment.
You are dynamic and versatile, with a strong sense of performance and attention to detail.
