Job Id : 485 # of Openings : 1 Program Manager I Government Acquisitions Inc. (GAI) is seeking a Program Manager to join our highly skilled Sales Team.
The Program Manager I is responsible for managing complicated awards in support of the Sales Team as well as any other projects as assigned by management.
This role will be remote with travel required, candidate will preferably be based out of Cincinnati, OH. Job Description & Work Responsibilities (Tasks include but are not limited to the following) :
- Manage contracts as assigned by management
- Understand all aspects / requirements of the Contract and articulate those requirements to key departments
- Interface with all Customer, Partner, and GAI internal contacts assigned to the SOW
- Coordinate all required meetings and calls
- Set and manage all calls / meetings necessary to complete all requirements outlined in the SOW
- Attend all required calls / meetings / training
- Escalate any issues / delays to the appropriate group and work plan to resolve
- Set up, review, and submit required reports and documentation
- Train all GAI personnel on an as-needed basis regarding their responsibilities under assigned contracts
- Work with GAI Accounting to ensure proper and timely invoicing per the SOW
Qualifications / Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) :
- Organized with extreme attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Education : BA / BS preferred Experience :
- 2 years of Program Management experience in IT sales marketplace (Government preferred)
- 3 years minimum with Federal Government sales / programs
- Experience and Education can be substituted for each other at the hiring manager’s discretion Interpersonal / Teamwork :
- Must work cooperatively with all groups within GAI
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Oral and Written Communication :
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations
- Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials

- Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients
