Job Description
Our Client is recognized for their expertise in federal projects and is seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in federal contracting, specifically with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
The candidate should have proficiency in Microsoft 365, Procore, and USACE RMS, which is vital for project management and documentation.
We are searching for a professional who can blend in-depth federal contracting knowledge with modern construction tools to uphold our Client's standard of excellence.
Hard Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in federal contracting, with specific experience on USACE and VA projects
- Working knowledge and certification in USACE EM-385-1
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Procore
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship abilities
- Effective collaboration with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ability to address design changes, technical issues, and constructability challenges
- Focus on on-site safety programs and federal safety regulations compliance

This is a permanent position.
Work Environment
Massive VA Hospital in LA. Project is ongoing for a whole year and then will move to another project.
