We work under a top grossing award-winning host agency that provides all the tools you need, including licensing, bonding, insurance, website, training, and the top paying commissions in the industry.
This is a fantastic 1099 business opportunity to create memorable events in beautiful destinations worldwide. Full training is provided, and you have the flexibility to work full-time or part-time.
Key Responsibilities : Client Consultation : Work closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences for their destination events.
Event Planning : Design and plan events including weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions in various international locations.
Coordination : Coordinate all aspects of the event, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, transportation, and accommodations.
Vendor Management : Source and manage local vendors to ensure high-quality service and seamless event execution. Travel Arrangements : Arrange travel logistics for clients and their guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Budget Management : Develop and manage event budgets, providing cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or changes promptly and efficiently.
Follow-Up : Maintain relationships with clients post-event to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Qualifications : Experience : Previous experience in event planning, travel coordination, or a related field is preferred.
Skills : Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Knowledge : Familiarity with various international destinations and local vendors. Independence : Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Technology : Proficiency in event planning and travel booking software. Requirements : Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a laptop or desktop computer, smartphone, and internet access. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities. Passion for travel and a desire to help clients create memorable experiences.
