Job Description
- At least 4 years of experience in software development working with various technologies like Java 1.6+, Spring, Hibernate, Angular JS, Web Services - SOAP and Restful, Junit, Servlet, Eclipse, Apache server, Linux, Unix, WebLogic server.
- Candidate with exposure to Jira, GIT, Maven, and Confluence will be preferred.
- At least 1 year of Lead experience to lead a team.
- At least 2 years of experience in project lead activities not limited to estimation, resource management, prioritization, execution.
- Candidate must have experience working in a Global Delivery model - i.e. onsite-offshore model.
- Technical aptitude and experience with the software tools and techniques used in software development.
- Must be able to collaborate with the offshore team.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
- Ability to research new and emerging technologies.
- Experience in credit cards and Payments domain would be a plus.
- At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
- At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development, maintenance projects.
- Ability to work in a team in a diverse / multiple stakeholder environment.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technologies.
