About the Role :
The Therapist / Social Worker will provide individual and group trauma-informed therapy to a select caseload of male and female patients suffering from a variety of behavioral heath disorders.

What We Offer :Job Qualifications :
- Master's Degree and Current Licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LPCC, LISW, LSW)
- 2 years prior experience in Behavioral Health setting with acute psychiatric hospital setting preferred. Not required
- Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Completion of CPR and CPI within first 30 days of employment
- Computer proficiency, including Excel, Word, Publisher, and EMR use required
- Impeccable ethics, integrity, and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
- Positive demeanor and clear understanding of professional boundaries with patients with sound clinical judgement
- Ability to follow directives explicitly, adhere to facility policies, provide patient-driven customer service, and exercise time management skills
- Knowledge of MAT or substance use disorders- helpful.
- Schedule flexibility, holiday, and weekend rotation may be required
Key Responsibilities :
- Complete biopsychosocial assessment, treatment planning, group and individual sessions
- Collaboration and teamwork with multidisciplinary team or psychiatric providers, nurses, and mental health technicians.
- Timely and complete medical documentation
- Participation in utilization review when necessary
- Upholds familiarity with State and Federal laws and regulations
- Adherence to facility policy and procedures, State & Federal law, and Joint Commission accreditation regulations and standards
