Job Description and Duties

Positions at the Water Boards may be eligible for telework with in-person attendance based on the operational needs of the position.

California’s Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program manager position is available within the State Water Resources Control Board’s Division of Financial Assistance.

The position is located at 1001 I Street, 16th Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814 right in the heart of downtown next to light rail stations and other public transportation.

Duties : Under the direction of the Assistant Deputy Director, the incumbent is responsible for managing and supervising three funding programs : the Clean Water State Revolving Fund, Drinking Water State Revolving Fund, and Water Recycling Funding Program.

Salary information CalHR salary rules allow appointment at the entrance rate (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 2, 599.673) of a classification.

Special Requirements

  • Must have PE license.

Must haveSupervising Water Resource Control Engineer list, transfer, or reinstatement eligibility and be reachable on the certification list.
