Job Overview

Under the lead direction of the Head of Collections, Delivery, and Access (CDA / Library Technology Initiatives and Development (LTID), the Analyst / Programmer (Expert), and the general supervision of the Associate Dean, the incumbent administers and supports technology applications, data stores, information resources, and systems.

The incumbent works closely with Library departments, Instructional & Information Technology Services (IITS), and vendors to help implement and support technology solutions that fulfill the mission of the Library and the university.

Technical duties include working with Library functional areas to develop requirements, resolve issues, prepare documentation, test, evaluate, and configure complex applications.

Position Summary

Dev / Ops Specialist (Analyst / Prgrammer - Career)

This is a full time, exempt position, which will lead toward permanent status following the successful completion of a probationary period.

This position is eligible for a broad range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances, retirement (CalPERS), tuition waiver, vacation and sick leave.

In addition, 14 paid holidays are offered each year; 13 scheduled on specific days and a Personal Holiday that may be taken any time during the year.

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range : $5,834 - $6,250 per month

CSU Classification Salary Range : $4,912 - $12,124 per month
