Controller- SaaS Technology Based Firm
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? A valued client in Southwest Florida is actively seeking a dynamic Financial Controller to lead financial operations for a prominent SaaS-based IT company.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this exclusive role offers a competitive salary of up to $135K plus 10% bonus, complemented by an exceptional benefits package including bonuses, 401K, and excellent PTO.

Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage financial operations
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Lead and develop the accounting team
Collaborate with senior management to drive financial strategy
Position Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
5+ years of accounting experience
Proven experience in overseeing an accounting team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Expertise in ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred) and workflow management
Desirable Skills :
CPA certification (preferred)
Experience with private equity-backed companies
Knowledge of GAAP
