Financial Market Research Reporting Analyst (3-5 years experience)

Location : New York, NY - (1 block from Grand Central) - 3 days a week on-site (Hybrid)

Salary : 85-100K + 7% Bonus + Pension and excellent Benefits

Due to US Regulations, this candidate must be a US Citizen or be a Green Card Holder.

Must have :

3+ years of research experience preferred in Market Research, ROI Calculations / Formula writing, Project Management, Communications, Writing and Proofreading, Creating Measurable Business Objectives, and CRM / Database Administrative Functions.

Supports the development of research, gathers, organizes, and develops narratives. Support qualitative and quantitative research from conceptualization to implementation.

Assists with creating the monthly business plan, and the market research suite through monthly reporting. Participates in elevating reports to the Chief Business Officer on all Bank Membership and Research department initiatives.

Responsible for supporting the Oracle CX platform to accomplish the full vision of MR360.

Overview :

Completes research supporting strategic decision-making and the advancement of the business plan.

Helps identify business development opportunities

Working directly with the VP Director of Bank Member & Research assists with large-scale Bank Membership and Research projects.

Works with the Director and the Chief Business Officer to implement project timelines, budgets, resources, compliance with policies and procedures, and successful implementation.

Assists with the Department's day-to-day initiatives to help meet deadlines.

Assists as Project Manager for Membership & Research projects.

Market Research :

Research identified opportunities, initiatives, and strategies to support the business plan.

In coordination with the Director of M&R, responsible for managing all stages of the market research project life cycle, including project management, coordination with teams, and developing strategic recommendations.

Develops creative research slides and presentations to turn complex findings into digestible insights and actionable recommendations.

Works collaboratively with other team members to compile, analyze, and evaluate market data to understand member behavior better and develop enhanced strategies to expand the reach of the Bank's efforts to members and prospects.

Manages primary research tools, including but not limited to surveys and other primary research data collection methods across the bank.

Creates, designs, and administers internal and external surveys that prompt honest feedback while adhering to current market research standards.

Synthesizes and interprets data and results to support strategic business decisions and provide insight into member needs.

Technology / CRM Administration :

Responsible for updating data in the Oracle CX to accomplish the full vision of MR360 through ongoing and planned efforts.

Responsible for ensuring data quality in the Oracle CX

Assists with Oracle CX administrative functions

Assists with the development of new or enhanced workspaces in the Oracle CX

Continually enhances the use of technology to measure and monitor member trends

Business Reporting :

Works with the director of Membership and Research to put together and format the monthly report for the Board of Directors, error-free.

Additional reporting efforts can include but are not limited to : member interactions with the Bank's marketing and sales outreach, trends driving member behavior, supporting data for product and business line usage, market and membership trends.

Works to file the monthly CBO Board report and BOD spotlight filing,

Coordinates and delivers monthly reporting on the 12th of the month.

Maintains an error-free standard for all written or electronic communications.

Experience :

3+ years of research experience preferred in Market Research, ROI Calculations / Formula writing, Project Management, Communications, Writing and Proofreading, Creating Measurable Business Objectives, and CRM / Database Administrative Functions.

Education :

A Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Mathematics, Research, Data Science, or related fields is required.
