We are currently building our cohort of school leaders for the 24-25 school year!
The School Leadership Accelerator provides a pathway for teachers or school staff looking to grow, learn, and develop their skills.
School leadership opportunities at Success Academy include Business Operations Manager, Assistant Principal, and College Access & Preparedness Manager.

We invite you to apply if you :
Have 2-5 years of experience as a lead teacher or school-based staff member
Hold high standards for the quality of work and a reflex to improve at every turn
Have a record of exceptional student achievement and results
Have a growth mindset
Can command a room
Have potential to lead other teachers; management experience preferred
Enjoy learning and can receive tough feedback
Have experience building and managing relationships with teachers, students, and families
Are willing to deeply embed yourself into the community of the school, ensuring strong relationships, high engagement, and great operational results
Are a resourceful problem-solver who proactively shares best practices
