Key Responsibilities :
Talent Management
- Lead the annual performance review and compensation process
- Ensure corrective actions and performance improvement plans are properly documented and maintained
- Create job postings and offer letters
Payroll and Benefits
Process bi-weekly payroll for 75 employees in ADP Workforce Now payroll systemMaintain benefit enrollment between ADP and all benefit providers including monthly invoicingSupport the benefits open enrollment processing through ADPServe as point of contact for organizational benefits regarding paid time off, sick leave, leave of absence, etc.Assist with 401k audit preparationAudit payroll and timecard data regularly to ensure accuracyAdminister garnishments and ensure accurate data entryProcess personnel status changes (e.g., transfers, promotions, rate increases) with proper approvalsTrain managers and employees on payroll and timekeeping system featuresMaintain payroll and timekeeping records, reports, and compliance documentationTraining
Assist with special projects including opportunities with learning & development, and performance managementTrain and administer Performance Improvement plansSupport onboarding and off boarding process for internal employeesCompliance
Update and maintain Employee HandbookAddress employee questions and concernsADA accommodationsProcess and maintain new hire and employee background checksWork with outside partners on management of the organization's background processingMaintain electronic employee filesProvide support for policy implementation and acknowledgementManage the organization's FMLA and leave policiesProvide guidance on MN Paid Family & Medical Leave policy & administrationCoordinate the affirmative action plan and OSHA tracking annuallyGeneral HR support
Perform income and employment verificationsLead all internal communicationsRespond to unemployment claims and participate in hearings, as neededConduct exit interviews and employee check-ins to identify trends and concernsEnsure compliance with employment laws and company policies.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of HR experience , or equivalent combination of education and experience.SPHR and / or SHRM-SCP requiredStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.Experience with ADP payroll preferredPrior experience with both payroll and employee relations responsibilities.Proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.Level 10 Management is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and / or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
