As a Production Specialist you are highly organized and proactive individual. In this position, you will play a vital role in operating various creative initiatives.
This includes producing live broadcasted events, where you will support the execution of gaming tournaments, contests, community game nights, promotional content, and more.
Your experience in broadcasting & content creation will ensure that all projects are executed successfully and are achieving our goals.
Production Specialist Responsibilities :
- You will be responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting multiple facets of our productions in our Las Vegas studio.
- The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of multiple technical elements, including livestreaming software, audio mixing, camera / video feeds, inserting live graphics, networking, and more.
- You will also support other aspects of our productions, including light video editing & design, as well capturing in-game photos & videos for promotional material.
- You will also be a key pillar in the planning process of our livestreams & prerecorded content.
- Collaborating with various team members to develop run of show documents, tech plans, asset lists, new creative concepts, and source talent for our events.
- This includes communicating with on-site talent, remote guests, & external partners throughout the process of building and executing a program.
Required Experience :
- Extensive knowledge of livestreaming software, most notably vMix, as well as OBS.
- The ability to plan, prepare, & execute livestreamed gaming events.
- Proven experience as a vMix Operator, preferably within a gaming environment.
- Experience with studio upkeep & troubleshooting.
- Ability to develop & maintain an ongoing production calendar
- Familiarity with developing content creation & identifying trends.
- Passion and understanding for the gaming and creator community.
- Familiarity with social gaming activities & esports events.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work with a team.
- Flexible Schedule - Ability to work nights, weekends, and / or alternative time zones.
