The mission of our HR Department is to influence and support a positive working environment for our employees. We are currently seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to work with us in support of this mission.
Your role will involve not just administering day-to-day HR processes, but also being the driving force behind creating an exceptional employee experience.
Responsibilities will include :
- Manages leave administration including FMLA, personal leave, disability, and ADA accommodations.
- Processes employee changes and transactions accurately, from promotions to job title changes.
- Develops strong relationships and providing top-notch service to employees and management teams on HR matters.
- Administers company-wide benefit plans to include health, dental, vision, 401k, life, short and long-term disability through the enrollment / termination and billing reconciliation.
- Responds to all employee requests and questions regarding benefit plans, coverage, and policies.
- Responsible for the Employee Recognition Program and Employee Engagement activities in conjunction with the Chief HR Officer.
- Conducts new employee benefit orientation and enrollment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resource management or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
- Previous experience administering FMLA and managing employee records is required.
- Ability to operate efficiently and effectively on an independent level, sound judgement on when to elevate issues to management or senior management.
Salary Description $60,000 - 70,000
