Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near Bridgewater,Massachusetts.
The BCBA will provide consultative, behavioral, and evaluative services for prevention and intervention purposes within an elementary school setting.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct systematic behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), and provide behavior-analytic interpretations of the results.
- Collaborate and consult with other professionals to develop behavior plans, curriculum modifications, acmodations, and social skills programs.
- Develop, review, and edit IEP goals tailored to behavior needs.
- Train, model, and coach school staff on the implementation of skill acquisition, behavior change procedures, and protocols.
- Assist teachers and staff with data collection, providing support and guidance.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights for improving behavior strategies and interventions.
Qualifications :
- Active BCBA certification.
- Experience conducting FBAs and developing behavior plans.
- Strong collaboration and munication skills to work with teachers, staff, and other providers.
- Ability to provide staff training and support for behavior strategies.
- Experience working in an elementary school setting is preferred.
