Regional Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY :

Creates reports to analyzes multiple facilities. Produces administrative level summaries that provide concise information to use in decision making.

Identifies trends in data analysis and reports to key findings to Senior Management. Identifies financial performance improvement opportunities.

Provides recommendations for changes in processes or practices that optimize efficiencies and / or reduces the total cost of providing the service.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Two or more years of hospital experience, preferably in Revenue Cycle areas.

2. Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer.

3. Strong analytical and computer skills including Microsoft office.

EDUCATION / LICENSURE :

1. Master’s Degree required, preferably in accounting or closely related subject.
