Are you an ambitious, independent, and charismatic leader ready for an exciting new venture? Our established, dynamic pub company is seeking a talented manager to spearhead a new location in the picturesque town of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

- Experience : Proven track record in managing pub operations with a comprehensive understanding of business functions.
- Leadership : Inspirational, accepted leader known for fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Passion for Beer : Enthusiasm for cask, craft, and international beers is essential.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit : Ability to think creatively and drive the business forward.
Responsibilities :
Oversee daily operations of the pub, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Manage staff, fostering a positive team environment and providing leadership and guidance.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability. Maintain inventory and order supplies, ensuring a wide selection of quality beers and other beverages.
Engage with the local community to build relationships and promote the pub.
Qualifications :
Extensive experience in pub management or a similar hospitality role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A well-rounded understanding of business operations, including finance, marketing, and customer service.
A genuine passion for the pub industry and a love for great beer.
