Bilingual HR Generalist :

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist passionate about talent management, recruiting, and driving HR initiatives supporting our business objectives.
Role Overview : The HR Generalist will be key in managing human resources functions, including talent management, recruiting, employee relations, and compliance with HR laws in Florida.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of HR processes and KPIs, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Management : Develop and implement strategies for talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
Work closely with department managers to assess needs and develop solutions that align with our business goals.
- Recruiting : Manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. Implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- HR Compliance : Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, with a specific focus on HR laws in Florida.
Stay updated on legal changes and implement necessary adjustments to policies and practices.
- Employee Relations : Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries. Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts promptly and maintaining open lines of communication.
- HR Processes & KPIs : Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor and report on HR KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Training & Development : Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and support professional development.
- Bilingual Communication : Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce, ensuring all employees feel supported and included.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws in Florida and federal employment laws.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English and preferably another language.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and KPIs.
- Proven experience in talent management and recruiting.
- Experience with Paycom
