Promo Products Marketing Coordinator
Do you love to shop for cool swag? Got an eye for marketing trends? As a key marketing coordinator, you’ll support our sales team in growing our existing Promotional Products Division and support our overall company marketing efforts.

Responsibilities :
Collaborate with sales team and clients to find promo product solutions
Research and present product ideas that fit client budget and expectations
Communicate effectively with inside production staff and outside vendors
Coordinate production schedules with sales, internal teams, and outside vendors
Execute purchase orders and maintain accurate job ticket information
Ensure timely and efficient production of promotional products
Help with internal marketing projects as needed.
Expectations :
Proven background handling promo products and marketing projects
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience in project management
Creative mindset to identify products that fit client challenges
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to create PowerPoint presentations
Ability to work independently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
