Job Title : Lead Business Analyst
Location : Glen Rock, NJ
Duration : 6 Months
Mode of Work : Onsite.
What You Will Do :
Work closely with Apple Green IT, Business, and product teams to understand, define, and document Enterprise application integrations, workflows, functional and non-functional requirements, features.
Techno functional role managing customer business relationship coordination with offshore India team on the business-critical integration modules, workflows, functional and non functional requirements.
What You Need
- 8+ years of experience in defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
- Prior experience of working out of client location, is a must.
- Perform quality assurance.
- Define reporting and alerting requirements.
- Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration.
- Help design, document, and maintain system processes.
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.
- Communicate key insights and findings to product team.
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.
