Responsibilities
- Direct and indirect selling to the hospitality and residential market
- Responsible for selling over the phone and through email
- Responsible for database selling and contract renewals
- Schedule appointments and visits for Outside Sales team
- Involved in prospecting, qualifying leads and inbound / outbound calls
- Conduct initial conversations with prospective clients
- Ensure excellent customer experience through superior online assistance
- Assist Outside Sales team with B2B activities
- Maintain accurate CRM data to avoid inefficiency
- Meet or exceed sales targets / KPIs including 35 activities and 2 proposals per day
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or business development
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong phone sales and communication skills
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus
- Interest in health, wellness and fitness is highly preferred
Hybrid Work Schedule :
In-office 4 days and 1 day work from home / remote per week
Compensation Structure :
Base Salary + Quarterly Bonuses
OTE for your 1st year is $80,000 - $90,000
