T6 - General Clerk lll (OKC)

As the Office Clerk , you will complete assignments consisting of numerous steps varying in nature and sequence. You will select from alternative methods and refers problems not solvable by adapting or interpreting substantive guides, manuals, or procedures.

Essential Job Functions :

Assists in a variety of administrative matters; maintains a wide variety records (stored both manually and electronically).

Verify statistical reports for accuracy and completeness.

Compile information.

Handle and adjust complaints.

Code and file documents in an extensive alphabetical file.

Operate basic office equipment, e.g., photocopier, facsimile, multi-line phone / voicemail systems, mailing machines, and minimal computer programs.

Compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered.

May also direct lower-level clerks.

Other duties assigned as needed.

Education & Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent.

1 to 2 years of related experience.

Knowledge & Skills :

Requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Detail oriented and self-motivated.

Experience with the MS Office products.
