About the Role
This role will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s PSA solution for the professional services industry customers and help establish and champion best practices for all PSA deployments.
The ideal candidate for this position should have experience implementing Projects, Project Billing, Project Budgets, Customer Accounts, Customer Contracts, Resource Forecasting, and Resource Management along with knowledge of PSA touchpoints such as Expenses and Time Tracking.
About You
Basic Qualifications
5+ years delivering consulting engagements as a Lead Consultant implementing financial applications (Workday, SAP, Oracle, Financial Force, Kantata, Microsoft Dynamics, Deltek, Planview, Netsuite etc.
with a focus in one of the following sub areas (revenue accounting, PSA, project accounting, CPQ, order to cash).
2+ years of experience working with various industries implementing Workday PSA and / or financial functionality or comparable enterprise cloud applications
Other Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Strong background in Workday consulting is a plus
Prior experience in SAAS implementation methodologies
Strong background in Workday deployment methodology and processes is a plus
Ability to build strong customer relationships
Prior experience leading cross functional initiatives and providing organizational strategy
Prior experience leading cross functional initiatives and providing solutions supporting project and customer teams.
Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, with proficiency in communicating across internal teams and customers through executive leadership
Ability to work independently and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
Resourceful and adaptable; you’ll be comfortable working in a new role, using a variety of tools with a high degree of autonomy
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
This position can be remote. Preference will be given to people located near Workday offices.
