The Job / What You'll Do :
The implementation project manager oversees the design, development, and implementation of large-scale projects for Solari's operations and administrative teams.
Ensures deliverables are tracked and implemented on schedule and within budget under the guidance and direction of the director.
Projects may include implementation of systems or technologies, deployment of new lines of business, development of a new team process, etc.
Work may also include support of the project management team, such as scheduling large group meetings, upkeep of the Jira project management system.
Responsibilities :
- Delivers projects within the constraints of scope, schedule, quality, and budget using known project management techniques and tools such as project request forms, vision / scope documents, project plans, functional and technical specifications, test and deployment plans, schedules, communication and kick off meetings.
- Documents, tracks, and helps prioritize project tasks and deliverables, ensures all project status metrics and performance indicators are accurate and communicated effectively across departments and with stakeholders.
- Leads project or workgroup meetings, working with a diverse team of technical, operational, administrative, and other supportive subject matter experts.
Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to ensure that all team members are clear on expectations and next steps.
- Completes project-related assignments including developing timelines, task lists, workflow diagrams, instructional materials, scheduling meetings, etc.
- For large-scale implementation projects, act as the primary project manager with support from the director.
- Develops and maintains documentation concerning project plans and progress; communicates project status, timelines, obstacles faced, etc.
to external stakeholders and project team.
- Ability to travel for implementations if deemed necessary for successful project execution.
- Represents Solari in interactions with vendors and / or clients while implementing or developing projects.
- Consults with external partners in planning, developing, or executing their programs and systems, as outlined in partnership agreements arranged by leadership.
- Considers all company operations in project facilitation; Assists in project and program decision-making by identifying impacted departments and incorporating the operational flow and requirements of impacted departments.
- Is open to being an active learner, participating in discussions with others, trying new approaches and ideas, and being self-aware and self-reflective for continual personal, professional and leadership growth.
- Actively promotes staff development by initiating and encouraging communication with employees about issues of diversity and discrimination.

- Proven work experience in project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects throughout its lifecycle. This includes actively defining projects during the design / development phase.
- Skilled at working effectively with different types of team members - technical, administrative, operations, clinical, etc.
- Strong technical background - ability to use applications for project management, task tracking, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to change quickly.
- Ability to act professionally and maintains appropriate boundaries with clients and staff.
- Ability to report as scheduled to work, meetings, training, and job-related activities prepared and as scheduled.

Education & Experience :
- 3-5 years of experience in PM field, Required
- PMP or CAMP Certification, Preferred
- None Active License
- Bachelors Degree Required
Working Conditions :
While performing the job duties in the office or at a home office, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands;
they must occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Exposure to noise typical with office operations. Ability to hear and speak. Employees must maintain a stable and secure private home internet with a minimum of 50Mbps download and 5Mbps upload, and an average jitter less than 20% of latency.
