Work Schedule : M-F / 40 hours + / hybrid schedule
Assignment Duration : Direct hire

This position requires a Professional Engineer License (any state)

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
10+ years' experience in engineering design or consulting
A Professional Engineer License (any state)
Experience with power distribution systems and microgrids
Experience with power generation projects exceeding 10MW capacity
Experience with HV or MV Substations
Experience with energy storage systems
Power system modeling experience using SKM Power Tools, ETAP or similar modeling software
Experience with Protection and Control, SCADA or power system automation
US Citizen
Experience with campus utility master planning or decarbonization / climate response planning, cogeneration or combined heat and power systems and / or thermal utility plants and distribution systems (steam, hot water, chilled water) is a plus

Responsibilities :

Lead an Electrical Engineering team to provide advisory services and engineering design solutions for clients across all market sectors
Engage with clients, evaluating their energy needs, and develop concept-level plans and solutions; then take these through detailed design to provide for full execution
Collaborate with our client account managers and sales professionals on pursuits of strategic importance to the firm
Anticipate challenges and manage up and out while supporting large teams responsible for the daily details of project delivery
Strategy formation, business development and sales
