Responsibilities :

• Research and prepare required tax and informational returns, including but not limited to : Sales and use tax Unclaimed property Business personal property Corporation census reports Corporation annual reports
• Assist with research required for tax audits, inquiries and notices
• Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process
• Provide support with various internal audits and special tax related projects
• Demonstrate strong communication, organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential

Education & Experience :

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting

Physical Requirements / Lifting Requirements :

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push / pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
