salary : $29 - $33 per hour

shift : First

work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

education : High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing support on HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues, and assisting in the resolution of employee concerns
• Manage and maintain accurate employee records, including personal data, benefits enrollment, and payroll information
• Coordinate training sessions, track employee participation in development programs, and assist in the implementation of employee performance management systems
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements / Must-Haves :

• Bachelor's degree OR some college coursework plus
• 1-3 years of Human Resource experience in HR
• Experience with HRIS, talent management, and / or electronic medical record systems
