Summary : Under general supervision, the Achieve Program Coordinator provides overall management, direction and coordination of the Achieve program for all staff and participants.
Required Competencies :
- Knowledge of organizational standards and policies, funding, sources, and licensing requirements as applicable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provides leadership and management of all Achieve programs and operations
- Ensures services are provided in accordance with St. Coletta of Wisconsin standards, State of Illinois standards, HCBS standards, and CARF standards.
- Develops, manages, and directs the Achieve program, supports the enrollment process, and ensures that quality services are provided to program participants.
- Meets or exceeds budget, taking a larger role in establishing program needs and capturing these requirements on the annual budget.
- Meets or exceeds pertinent licensing regulations and accreditation guidelines.
- Ensures the overall cleanliness and general maintenance of program area and vehicles to minimize health and safety issues.
- Develops and maintains close working relationships with all stakeholders including staff, co-workers, clients, families / guardians, funding sources, other agencies, and referral sources.
Works with Supervisor in preparing the program budget to ensure that the program operates within budgetary expectations.
- Schedules staff within the established budget and ensures adequate coverage for program area.
- Communicates effectively (face-to-face, verbal, written, digitally) and works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
- Participates in organizational committees and meetings as appropriate.
- Adheres to all St. Coletta organizational and / or departmental policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
Supervises all Achieve program staff.
Education and / or Experience :
Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent and must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in the field of disabilities.
Applicant must be listed as a DD Aide (DSP) on the IL Health Care Worker Registry.

Computer Skills : Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products, Internet, and email. Ability to learn and utilize software programs.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations : Ability to complete and maintain all required training in accordance with organizational requirements and county, state, and federal regulations.
Driving Requirements :
This position requires that an employee drive for work purposes and maintain a valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets the standard set forth by the organization.
This position may require the employee to operate a 15-passenger van and / or lift bus. This position may also require the use of the employee’s personal vehicle, which would require valid vehicle insurance.

Other Qualifications :
Knowledge of developmental disabilities. Experience working in a human service related field in a CARF accredited facility desired.
Ability to maintain a work schedule that allows for visibility in assigned areas when persons served, and staff are present.
