Customer Service & Data Entry Assistant Responsibilities

We are hiring a Customer Service & Data Entry Assistant who will support our Brokers in data entry as needed. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with Brokers, completing work in a timely manner. Primary duty is Data Entry.

Must have Office Environment experience.

Necessary skills and experience include the following :

  • Assists Brokers in Data Entry using proprietary programs.
  • Greets Brokers and Guests as needed exhibiting the utmost hospitality.
  • Collaborates with management as needed.

This is a part-time position. 9 : 00 am 3 pm Monday through Friday with time for lunch.

Customer Service and Data Entry Qualifications and Skills :

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience Requirements :

  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • Experience with Data Entry.

Only those with experience in an office environment will be considered.
