We are in search of an energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Charleston, SC area. Our ideal candidate will have either packaging engineering or business-to-business sales experience in packaging, industrial products or freight industries and enjoys limitless earning potential.
Primary Job Duties
- Promote and sell IPS products and services across multiple verticals in the sales territory
- Proactively assist customers with cost savings initiatives
- Provide consultative sales solutions using a Buyer Centric approach
- Plan sales and gross profit goals for key accounts
- Perform daily Account Management to secure loyal partnerships
- Develop and execute strategies for maximizing market presence
- Develop high-potential prospects to guarantee future sales growth through quality sales calls
- Embrace the hunter mentality and successfully grow the territory with little to no supervision
- Perform with Integrity, Focus on People, Display Agility, Seek Continuous Improvement and be Hungry for Knowledge
