We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, with experience in construction management.
This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively communicate with various stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with all relevant standards.
Responsibilities :
Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
Review and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to guide project execution.
Utilize project management software such as ProCore and Prolog for tracking progress and documentation.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety compliance.
Prepare and present project updates to clients and internal teams.
Manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality work is performed.
Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and construction practices.
Proficiency in project management software such as ProCore, Prolog, and Bluebeam.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents including contracts and specifications.
Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is a plus.
