Engineering firm doing business in Michigan is seeking a Land DevelopmentProject Engineer for their growing office!
Responsibilities :
- Lead project team inpreparation of project drawings, calculations, and specification
- Prepare engineeringanalysis, design, calculations, and reports
- Evaluate land use / zoningrequirements
- Prepare permitapplications, work through agency review processes, and obtain approvals
- Site visits duringconstruction phase
- Work as part of teammulti-discipline team
- Mentor / train juniorstaff
Requirements :
- Must be an engineeror designer with experience in land development projects, sustainable design, utilitydesign, and stormwater management design
- 3+ years of designexperience on land development projects
- Experience with K-12site design preferred
- Familiarity withzoning ordinances / site plan approval processes
- Proficient in Civil3D and Office 360 products
