Intake Specialist

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to serve as a client liaison for incoming calls and facilitate the intake process.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming intake calls and provide educated responses to client inquiries

Initiate client assessments and schedule initial intake appointments using EMR

Coordinate client no-shows and ensure a positive experience for clients

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred

Minimum 1-year experience in human services, healthcare, or customer service

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong telecommunications skills and comfort with multiple IT systems

Compassionate and enthusiastic about helping individuals with opioid dependency
