The Regulatory Lead Analyst is primarily responsible for providing high quality support needed to intake and triage regulations that enable our partners to respond and implement state commercial regulations impacting several plan types : Commercial, Health Insurance Marketplace and EGWP.
Success in this role would be dependent on providing timely regulatory assessments across the PBM and managing day to day regulatory processes. Job Responsibilities
- Intake, review and triage state commercial regulations to appropriate internal partners for the business / product to solution.
- Provide collaboration opportunities with internal partners and cross-functional teams.
- Manage and monitor the commercial state regulatory processes for timeliness and completeness.
- Own and manage some regulatory requirement categories.
- Support the field (account and implementation teams primarily) by responding to inquiries within the required turn-around timeframe.
- Create and run reports for the support of regulatory requirements.
- Lead and work on special projects as assigned.
- Work to identify opportunities for process improvement within the regulatory process. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and / or 1-2 years of experience within a PBM setting.
- Knowledge of commercial state regulations preferred (but not required).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to develop good working relationships and with internal business partners to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Able to communicate effectively with account teams and other internal partners.
- Excellent documentation skills with use of project plans, detailed notes and tracking of key deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines in complex situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- This is a hybrid role that will require the ability to work in office three days per week.
