KeyResponsibilities :

• Leadand manage valuation engagements for financial reporting taxcompliance mergers and acquisitions and strategicplanning.
• Develop and review complex financialmodels including DCF analyses OPM market multiple analyses andother valuation methodologies.
• Prepare andpresent detailed valuation reports to clients and stakeholdersproviding expert financial analysis andinsights.
• Analyze financial statementstransactions and business records to identify discrepancies andpotential issues.
• Support litigation processesby preparing valuation reports and providing expert testimony asneeded.
• Build and maintain strong clientrelationships ensuring high levels of satisfaction andretention.
• Identify and pursue new businessopportunities developing proposals and leading business developmentinitiatives.
• Mentor and develop a team ofvaluation professionals fostering a collaborative and innovativework environment.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics or a relatedfield. MBA or CPApreferred.
• Experience : 12 years of experience in business valuation with a demonstratedtrack record ofsuccess.
• Certifications : One or more of the following professional certifications are highlydesirable CVA ABV ASA or similar
• Skills : Strongbusiness development experience forensic accounting litigationsupport and expert testimony experience are aplus.
• Attributes : Excellent analytical skills ability to manage multiple projectsexceptional interpersonal and communication skills and a provenability to build rapport and credibility with clients andcolleagues.
