HARTZ Search invites you to explore an exciting opportunity with our client, INTEGRIS HEALTH, in Oklahoma City, OK, for the INTEGRIS Health Foundation President.
The Foundation President partners with the CEO and key executive leaders to be the external face of INTEGRIS Health and to represent INTEGRIS Health to raise visibility and communicate the strategic needs of INTEGRIS Health to the philanthropic community.
The Foundation President shall align with INTEGRIS HEALTH’s strategic goals to raise philanthropic investments and build long-term relationships with key donors based on mission, cultivation, stewardship, and sound fiscal management, identifying opportunities supporting community health initiatives.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS :
- Foundation President reports to the Chief of Staff
- Team Members : 12
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS :
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- Master’s degree in a related field required.
Experience :
- Minimum of Ten (10) plus years of increasingly responsible experience in fund development or philanthropic activities, including fundraising and coordination of volunteers, including seven (7) years of management experience.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing the Foundation’s strategic plan, long-term goals, and operational plans.
