Job Summary
The Customer Solution Center Quality Auditor (QA) II is responsible for monitoring and influencing the Customer Solution Call Center team’s quality performance.
This position will analyze quality results and performance to identify and optimize processes and support staff development.
Responsibilities include creating performance reports and action plans, maintaining knowledge of benefits for all product lines, and assisting in the development of tools and procedures for audits.
Duties
- Conduct audits to ensure regulatory and quality requirements are met across all verticals under CSC.
- Monitor call center performance against key performance indicators and recognize trends requiring retraining.
- Compile quality data to measure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide 1 : 1 Coaching Assessments to relevant departments.
- Participate in quality initiatives and special project task forces.
Education Required
Associate's Degree
Experience
Required : At least 0-2 years of quality assurance experience preferably in healthcare's Member Services or Quality Assurance.
Knowledge of and experience with Medi-Cal, Medicare, and Covered California.
Skills
Required : Good oral and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
Preferred : Bilingual in one of LA Care Health Plan’s threshold languages is highly desirable.
