Job Description :
As a Licensed Architect at you will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the construction of custom residential homes.
In this role, you will have a deep and meaningful impact on your community because you will be working to bring affordable housing to the Tampa Bay market and provide an opportunity for those who are struggling to get into their own home.
This position is not just an architect, it is also a position of community impact. You will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and our in-house design team to bring dream homes to life.
Your expertise in residential architecture and construction will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the architectural design process for residential home projects from concept to completion.
- Develop detailed architectural plans, blueprints, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Ensure all designs meet local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Utilize sustainable design practices and materials to create energy-efficient homes.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful project delivery.
Qualifications :
- Licensed Architect with a current license in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential home construction.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $65,000.00 - $90,000.00
