JOB DETAILS :
PAY : $80,000K + (experience dependent)
HOURS : 8 : 00AM TO 5 : 00PM (Monday through Friday)
DURATION : Direct Hire
SCOPE :
Preferred background / Education :
Bachelor / Associated degree or Trade School- Engineering, construction, and / or Architecture
Requirements / Expectations :
- Revit / Manage (knowledge of work-sharing, coordination, and modeling)
- AutoCAD and AutoCAD MEP
- Basic Understanding of ASHRAE Standards (90.1 and 62.1), IPC, IECC, IMC.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Document Management tools : Bluebeam, Procore, PlanGrid, Build@ Autodesk Trace 700 / trace 3Dplus or similar
- Selection tools for Mechanical and Plumbing disciplines
