Corner Home Medical is a family owned and operated business to service Minnesota and its surrounding areas with the best quality care for providing durable medical equipment to those in need.
Job Responsibilities :
- Oversees and operates a computer routing system to schedule timely deliveries / pick up of patient equipment within their assigned area while ensuring effective utilization of the delivery technicians.
- Manage activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking to ensure excellent service of customer needed equipment.
- Must be detailed and organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Provides support to customer service by responding to questions in regards to deliveries which would include no shows, cancellations, and skipped stops.
- Ability to respond to delivery issues in a courteous and timely manner.
What We are Looking for :
- Dispatching experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast paced environment
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule which could include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
About the Role :
Hours : Monday-Friday 10am-6 : 30pm (weekend availability as needed)
Job Type : Full Time
Compensation : $20-22 / hour
Location : New Hope, MN
